What a weekend. No training Friday or Saturday though. It was planned but not in the cards.

12:45 to 1:30 @ barbell club
10 min warmup
Suspended Medium Grip Floor press
Suspended Close Grip Floor press
Incline Discus Flyes
8:30 pm to 9 pm @ work gym
10 min warmup (rotator cuff and abs)
Cable Side Laterals
Cable Rear Laterals
Power Press
11 pm @ work gym (scheduled haven't done yet)
walk treadmill 30 min just to stay awake before I drive home

We were dog sitting this weekend so I walked for about an hour. I got in some walking on Saturday too! It is hard not being able to work out, this recovery time sucks! At least I was able to enjoy my walks over the weekend.
