I ran my first...

I ran my first 1/2 mile on the treadmill.  I have never done this...even when I was in high school, I had a hard time running 1/4 mile around the track.  How I did it was to warm up by walking for 10 minutes, run 1/2 mile, then walk for 40 minutes total.  Ok, I did do some sprints in there also.  I am looking forward to running my 1st mile now. Jeremy (fitness guy on here) if you ever read this, thanks for your input on my exercise plan. Jackie

Great job.  I'm amazed that your running already.  I didn't think of running till I was over a year out from surgery.  Good luck on the mile and more. Rob
