I ran my first...
I ran my first 1/2 mile on the treadmill. I have never done this...even when I was in high school, I had a hard time running 1/4 mile around the track. How I did it was to warm up by walking for 10 minutes, run 1/2 mile, then walk for 40 minutes total. Ok, I did do some sprints in there also. I am looking forward to running my 1st mile now.
Jeremy (fitness guy on here) if you ever read this, thanks for your input on my exercise plan.
