Tuesday work out
Oh my gosh, you make me tired just reading all that! Hee, hee!
I have no training advice whatsover, I feel like such a "newbie" even though I've run quite a few 5Ks and a couple 10Ks. However, I did just get this book called "The Non-Runner's Marathon Guide for Women" (there is also a man's version) and it's hilarious! Great tips and stuff in it from what I've read so far. I have a fitness coach at the gym so insists that I take this power weight lifting class to build my endurance in my legs and upper body. He says it will help my endurance on long runs. Hopefully it helps cuz those squats are killing me!
Anyway, I just plug along on the treadmill during the week and then do my weekend outside long run. I'm still aiming for that 1/2 marathon in June ... which makes me nervous! But I'm determined to make it somehow!
