Friday I took off, but I was putting the basement gym together still.
Saturday - Joined the Circleville Barbell Club again. It's a hole, but it's a good place to train heavy. Home gym will be for little extra workouts.

I am taking Saturday off but this was my workout on Friday. 1.5 mile warm up hill level 12 treadmill 5x5 leg presses 5x5 leg extensions 5x5 leg curls 5x5 seated calf 50 minutes water aerobics 40 minutes lap swim

Since the weather was nice, I got a slight head start on my Couch to 5K program. Went to the park and did a brisk (at least for me) 2-mile walk in about 40 minutes.
