Thursday Workout

Since I took a week or so off from weight lifting I decided to restart my workout routine by going back to using the my old Nautilus routine, then next week I will go back to my new free weight workout.

1 mile warm-up, hill level 10 on treadmill 15 different Nautilus stations 3 sets of 15 reps 2 mile cardio work-out hill program, level 15 on the Sci-Fi RST 7000 Recumbent Stepper.

Good Job Al. Thursday night 8 pm to 9 pm @ work gym 10 min warmup Power Cleans Front Squats Front Squat Lockouts Short and sweet. I might do some ab and calf work at  home tonight after work. Just depends if I can walk or not from the squat workout. Maybe even walk on the treadmill. Earl
