Wednesday:       3-mile treadmill run (I really hate running indoors)       10-minute rowing session       20-minute stair stepping session (75 stories) That's it.  Thanks for keeping this going, Earl.   Rob

Oh my gosh, my body is ACHING today!  I went to a 60 minute power weight lifting class in the morning.  I haven't been in way too long and boy oh boy was it hard!  I went back to the gym in the evening and managed to run 1 mile and walk 1.50 miles.  My quads were screaming at me!  This morning I could hardly roll out of bed ... it's amazing how quickly you lose that muscle tone when you don't keep up with it.  Not sure if I'll make it to the gym today or not as I can barely move!  Ha, ha!  But will definately be back for more on Friday.  Joy!
