Still in the middle of the big move. Now the unpacking begins. 8 pm to 9 pm @ work gym 10 min warm up Medium Grip Pulldowns Inverted Rows 1 Arm DB Press 1 Arm DB laterals Rope Pulls to face superset twisting decline situps. Have a Happy New Year everyone. We're going dancing tomorrow night. Earl

Ran the Race Against Time 5k.  It was brutal.  Too cold and hilly, and I just didn't have my heart in it.  I was hoping to blow out 2007 with a new PR, but didn't happen, so I'll just need to look forward to 2008 now! Rob
