I'm still in the process of moving and trying to find a place to workout down in Circleville, so just doing the basics. I'm probably 25 or 30 miles from the nearest big gym/fitness center and haven't set up my home gym yet. 8 pm to 9 pm @ work gym 10 min warmup Power Cleans Suspended Squats Suspended Olympic good mornings Decline Twisting situps Earl
