I took Friday and Sat off...kinda, but personally I consider carrying gym equipment down into a basement a heck of a workout.
Sunday
2:40 to 3:40 pm @ power shack
10 min warmup
Suspended floor press medium grip
Suspended floor press Close Grip
Incline Discus Flyes
9 pm to 9:45 pm @ work gym
15 min warmup
Rotator cuff work
1 Arm DB Laterals
Rope Pulls to face
DB Press

I took Friday and Saturday off because I was super sore!!! OUCH!! My thighs did not appreciate my first day on the couch to 5k plan! lol
I was at it again tonight though.. STRETCHED really good first, then
5 minutes brisk walk
21 minutes alternating 60 seconds of jogging with 90 seconds of walking
5 more minutes of brisk walk
5 minutes of cool down
then more stretching
I'm hoping the stretching will help the soreness. My whole body has been sore the last two days!
