March 9, 2008 - Mercer Island Rotary Half Marathon

March 9, 2008 - Mercer Island Rotary Half Marathon  - Seattle, WA I'm gonna WALK the 1/2 marathon.    If you look here.... http://www.mercerislandhalf.com/registration.html they have different prices if you register early.... anyone wanna make a goal NOW and have something to work towards with me??  

It is just a little out of my travel range but good luck.  Do you have a plan set up?  Where is your milage now?  Long runs?

Hey Scott... I'm WALKING it... and just did the Seattle Half Marathon in Nov in just over 4 hours.  I really did not even train for it, just stayed really active at the gym with my kickboxing, cardio, & weights.  I just want to beat my last time! :)
