Thursdays workout:     24 minute run on treadmill (rain/sleet outside)     72 minute spin class     Power Bar Class Long day at the gym.  I'm beat... going to bed. Rob

I started Couch to 5k today! It is the perfect uptick for my exercise program because just walking wasn't making me work enough imo. My goal is to run a 5k in April! Let's keep our fingers crossed!
