Wednesday workout
I'm having problems with my left knee that I need to get checked out. It feels like something ripped inside of it and if I squat down, it feels horrifying! Anyway, I did go to the gym and walked for 2 miles on the treadmill at 3.6 mph. Thought that would be better than nothing!
