Oh my aching legs. 8 pm @ work gym 20 conditioning circuit, mainly abs and stretching 30 min walk on treadmill, up to 3.4 mph, up to level 8 Earl

I'm having problems with my left knee that I need to get checked out.  It feels like something ripped inside of it and if I squat down, it feels horrifying!  Anyway, I did go to the gym and walked for 2 miles on the treadmill at 3.6 mph.  Thought that would be better than nothing! Deanna  :)

Look at it this way...you're faster than me on your worst day than I am on my best.  Working around the pain is ok, just be careful. Earl

My Wednesday workout:    28-minute on the treadmill (3.1 miles) and 52 minute spin class (hills) That's it. Rob
