I'm back! What did you do for exercise today?  I did 30 mins of cardio. I've been busy with life and being back in school. Dec.14th bring my thigh lift so I'll be recovering for the Holidays...Hope you are all well!  Michelle P.S. HI EARL!!!

Hi Michelle. 8 pm walked treadmill 45 min @ work gym Thigh lift...ouch! I'm too much of a wuss for that. Earl
