Yah for me !
I just wanted to share what a great run I had today.Even though the roads were icey and slushy I still did my best time ever.I ran my 5k today in 29 min and 30 sec.I have never ran it under 30 min.My best time before this was almost 32 mins. I finally feel like I am progressing.
Thanks for listening.

Way to go Donna! Breaking through those milestones are always deserving of celebration.
The icey roads scare me a bit, so I'll have to face the boredom of the treadmill to keep my training on schedule now that winter has arrived in the Northeast.

There is nothing that I can say that would be more satisfying than what you felt after that run but congrats anyway. Good job.
