Hello everyone I dont know if it's just because I am pushing 40 or what. Latley all the joints in my body have been aching when i rty to do any exercise. Mostly the my right nee and right shoulder. I am three years out from rny. It just feels like inflamation not like there is any damage. I have been dilligant about my vitamins.  I have also added glucosamine chews and daily ice. I guess what my question is, is there anyone else who has had this happen? Is there something I can add to my diet? It just wont seem to stop. This has been going on for about six mounths now. Well I hope all is well and thanks for any imput. Derrick

Yo dlamp, I am 50 and have aching and stiff joints too, especially after sitting or laying in one position too long.  Walking and jogging help loosen me up although that first mile is like working all othte aches and pains out.  After that, I kinda get into a rythym.  Since getting into somewhat of a weekily routine, my feet, ankles, knees, hips, and lower back actually hurt less to not-at-all since open RNY and regular exercise.  If you are already doing that and you still have pain, you might want to get looked at and don't rule out chiropractors. Good luck and congrads on the longevity of your weight loss.
