Monday workout
Hi Earl!
I went to the gym ... thought I was going to puke up the leftover turkey I ate beforehand but luckily it stayed put. Haven't had that problem in ages so don't know why it was an issue! Oh well.
Anyway, I ran 3 miles on a hill program then walked 1 mile to cool down. It was a good workout!
