No workout Sat or Sun, had to move some stuff and work and didn't get a break. 2:15 pm to 4 pm @ power shack 15 min warmup Power clean Squat 1/4 squat/supports Olympic Good mornings Seated Calf raises superset 1 legged calf raises Decline leg raises DB  Side Bends Earl

No workout Sat Sun .. 10 min elliptical; 20 min tread; 20 min upper body weights; 10 min swim Monday.. 1 hour water aerobics class

Hi Earl! I went to the gym ... thought I was going to puke up the leftover turkey I ate beforehand but luckily it stayed put.  Haven't had that problem in ages so don't know why it was an issue!  Oh well.  Anyway, I ran 3 miles on a hill program then walked 1 mile to cool down.  It was a good workout!
