I ran 3 miles and walked 1 mile briskly. No shoulder pain ... woo hoo! My 10K is Saturday and we're supposed to have wind storms and flood-like rain. Oh joy!

Hi everyone, I'm new to the exercise board, but I'm hoping this will keep me accountable- I'm working on the last 18 lbs really need to focus.
Today: 48 minute slim in 6 video and a 3 mile run.
I'll be taking a 3 mile walk at lunch today and will do a 30 minutes workout on my eliptical....4.5 pounds to get down -- going, slowly but surely. No weights yet, not exactly sure what to do.
