Next time you could be sneaky and untie her shoelaces before the race???  Maybe that would slow her down if she tripped over them!  Ha, ha, just kidding!

Great job! Great post!  I have only started running like the past week.  I can't wait unitl I can try a race of some kind one day.  Again GREAT JOB!

Thanks. It's a definite rush to be in an organized run. I keep looking around wondering if people will know I don't really belong there, and then I do it and finish and am slowly realizing that I do in fact belong there. Weird, wild stuff.
