clothing question
Hi - I'm close to my goal and have a good amount of loose skin. When I'm running the biggest problem is the skin on my thighs - it's just very wiggly and it's bugging me. I know there are "slimming garments" out there but have never tried them. Has anyone used these, and do they help the "running jiggle"? Thanks!!

Hi there! I have the inner thigh jiggle too! I just cannot wear running shorts or I get to shaking too much! Anyway, I have a pair of Nike running pants that fit tightly and they really help hold the skin tight. I wear them all the time and I love them!

I, too, have the thigh jiggle, as well as the belly flop.. I don't leave the house without some sort of support garment (read: 2 layers of lycra, at least) holding things in and up. I'm a big fan of products by NancyGanz
I usually can find items at Steinmart, TJ Maxx, and Marshall's.

They have some running wear that is geared solely for women, it's like bicycle shorts but for running and I am sure they will keep things in. I have loose skin too so when I wear the bicycle shorts it makes a big difference.
