I am 10 weeks post op and feeling great!  I work out 5-7 days a week and primarily focus on cardio/weightloss exercises.  Well - I have started to notice the weight loss in my upper arms and the skin beneath is sagging.  I realize sagging is normal but want to limit some of it if possible. Any exercise ideas to tone and limit the sagging in my arms?

Exercise really is not going to do too much for sagging skin. SORRY!

Best you can do is tricep exercises. You can find some here or work with a personal trainer if you have access to one. http://exercise.about.com/cs/weightlifting/l/blsampletricep. htm I've been doing them all along and have realized there's precious little difference I can actually make in that area at this point. I'll either have to learn to live with it or opt for PS down the road. Be well. -Dan
