I'm nine months post-op and my weight loss seems to be slowing, I need to increase my workout.  How much time should be spent on a workout. I walk on the treadmill about 20 mins. and I do so weight training 3 days a week for 45 minutes.  What else can I do too push that weight loss.

Unless you're doing HIT training, I'd say more time on the treadmill, 5 or 6 days a week for 45 minutes minimum. Then weight training 3 days a week still.  Good luck Earl

Good luck. I don't know how far you have to go, but after 9 months, double check your diet too. The calories start to creep up again after 9 months to a year. Like I heard one doctor say "Damn the person that invented peanut butter crackers."  WLS people kind of learn what they can tolerate or eat more of and really can chow down after a certain point. It's too easy to drink too many calories and even surgar free ice cream calories add up over time. Earl
