Just more walking for me.  Trying to let my shoulder recuperate.  I'm going to attempt to run tonight and see how it goes.  I have my 10K a week from Saturday so I don't want to make my shoulder worse, but I also need to get some more running in.  I'll just play it by ear and see how it goes!

My usual 30 minutes on the stationary bike this morning.  If it doesn't snow I'll do about 1hr30min on my walk-jog circuit tonight followed by 45 minutes on my home gym.

Slow day. . .no gym time. AM ritual = 3 mi. with the dogs and 10 mi ab work.
