Here's a tip about working out
Last week I got side-tracked from working out. I missed 5 whole days ( you may think that's no big deal ) well it is to someone who works out 6 days a week.
So, I'm thinking I'll just make up for it, Yesterday I did 3 miles on the treadmill in the morning and 3 miles in the afternoon ( after work ) I'm now paying for that and my legs are hurting bad. No pain, no gain I guess.
This is a cautionary story, don't over do it when coming back to working out, take things slow. You don't have to make it all up in one week. I learned that the hard way.
