Tuesday workout
Hey Earl!
I have an injured shoulder after my 8 mile run on Sunday. So I took Monday off to rest. Tuesday I was still not up to running because of my shoulder so I walked fast on the treadmill for 35 minutes. I really need to get back to running because I have a 10K coming up but my shoulder is still out. So I'm trying to rest it as much as possible but still be active. Hard!
