It was fantastic to have so many people involved; it really made it extra special.  I'm not sure about where to go from there, I've been thinking about a triathlon, but I would really need to work on the swimming portion. Mary

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, it was wonderful.  I thought about your advice on the boards to enjoy the event and that is exactly what I did!

What an incredible account, Mary!  You must have felt like the center of the universe for a moment (or 5:27:06 + change). . .  In addition to inspiring the rest of us, I'm sure this journey will bring you a mountain of joy for eons.

I didn't even realize that this message board existed until someone sent me a link to your post.  WOW!!!!!  GREAT JOB and truely inspiring to those of us who are training for our first marathon.  Your post almost makes me think I can really do this!!!  LOL Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
