Icarian rear Delt laterals

Cable French press superset DB Curls

Pushdowns superset Concentration Curls

Hi Earl!  You must have really toned muscles with all those weights you do!  Great job!

Friday I ran on the treadmill at the gym but managed to pull a muscle in my butt.  Nice, huh?!  I only got 2 miles in and then had to walk to try and loosen it but no luck.  So I need to rest and see if I can get it to feel better so that I can do my outside long run Sunday morning.

Hey Deanna, :) I'm just old, not so toned. I wish I'd had the surgery 30 years ago when I had joints left. Those butt pulls are killer. Wish I had a butt. I'm doing lots of wishing today. :) Hope you're feeling better. Earl
