Friday workout
Hi Earl! You must have really toned muscles with all those weights you do! Great job!
Friday I ran on the treadmill at the gym but managed to pull a muscle in my butt. Nice, huh?! I only got 2 miles in and then had to walk to try and loosen it but no luck. So I need to rest and see if I can get it to feel better so that I can do my outside long run Sunday morning.
