Sunday Mowed the lawn...hopefully for the last time this year...and walked treadmill during my breaks at work. Monday 8:15 pm to 9 pm warmup Deadlift Inverted Rows Wide Grip Pulldowns Diesel Shrugs superset DB Shrugs Earl

45 minutes on my total gym, back, legs, and tris.   60 minutes on my stationary bike.
