Saturday's workout
Hi - I did week 8, Day 3 of Couch to 5K which was a 2.75 run. I ran on the track at the gym because it was raining, and I had my best pace yet - 13:33/mile! There was someone running in front of me most of the time and I think that helped me run faster than usual.
