I got up at 5:30 this morning to go for a 6.50 mile run.  I included a HUGE hill that I managed to run up the entire thing!  It kicked my butt but it was cool to be able to do that! Deanna  :)

Hi - I did week 8, Day 3 of Couch to 5K which was a 2.75 run.  I ran on the track at the gym because it was raining, and I had my best pace yet - 13:33/mile!  There was someone running in front of me most of the time and I think that helped me run faster than usual.

After taking a week off from running because of the crazy fires out here.. My marathon training got cancelled. So I ran 4 miles Saturday!!
