Wednesday was a double workout day for me ... I did a 60 minute power weight lifting class at the gym in the morning.  Then I went back again in the evening and ran 3 miles at 6.0 mph.  My body is talking this morning!  Ouch!

Been sick for the last three days so not much activity...my bodybugg logged my activity minutes at 20 minutes and steps were 5000.  Not really bad for having laid in bed most the day. Kerri
