Tuesday workout

1:30 to 1:50 pm @ home gym 20 min full body condition circuit, mainly abs rotated non stop with pushups and squats kinda thing. 8 pm to 9 pm @ work gym Medium Grip Pulldowns Narrow Grip Pulldowns Barbell Shrugs Rope Pulls to face DB Curls Earl If it weren't for the fact that the TV set and the refrigerator are so far apart, some of us wouldn't get any exercise at all.  ~Joey Adams

For me it was Week 8, Day 1 of Couch to 5K which consisted of running for 2.75 miles - it was tough in the middle but I made it through!

I've started walking more to compliment my bike riding.  I actually walk and jog alternating between telephone poles.  I did 6.5 miles in 1:30 last night in the rain.  I need to get better shoes though.
