1:30 to 1:50 pm @ home gym 20 min full body condition circuit, mainly abs rotated non stop with pushups and squats kinda thing. 8 pm to 9 pm @ work gym Medium Grip Pulldowns Narrow Grip Pulldowns Barbell Shrugs Rope Pulls to face DB Curls Earl If it weren't for the fact that the TV set and the refrigerator are so far apart, some of us wouldn't get any exercise at all. ~Joey Adams
