1:30 to 1:50 pm @ home gym
20 min full body condition circuit, mainly abs rotated non stop with pushups and squats kinda thing.
8 pm to 9 pm @ work gym
Medium Grip Pulldowns
Narrow Grip Pulldowns
Barbell Shrugs
Rope Pulls to face
DB Curls
