30 min core/running muscles work 3.1 mile run (told i'd be arrested if I ran in our town ressie again ) Light shoulders 15 minutes of stretching.

Hey Michelle, welcome back. 8 pm @ work gym 20 min Rotator cuff, abs and stretching 30 min walking treadmill, EZ 2.8 mph up to level 6 Just getting the kinks out today. Earl
