New to this forum - toning?
This is my 1st time on this forum. Usually I'm on the VSG forum. I have been riding my bike - about 6 miles during the week (3 of 4 times) and 10 miles on the week end. I need to start toning. I have some 5 lb weights and an exertube. Do you know any web sites that give me instructions on toning exercises - or just some advice on the subject? Thanks.

The best repetition range for general conditioning is between 8-12 repetitions per set. The five pound weight may not be enough weight to provide sufficient resistance.
