10 mins abs and stretching (light abs like sidebends with broomstick)
Suspended Floor press

Grip work
8 pm to 9 pm @ work gym
15 min warmup and rotator cuff work (I've discovered the foam roller and love it.)
Cuban Press
1 Arm DB Press
1 Arm DB Laterals
Cable French Press

I had a 60 minute Spin class ... they moved us into a new room with these awesome new bikes. But they thought they didn't need to add any fans to the room because they are keeping the air conditioning low enough. Come on, we need some air flow! I could smell the guy's buttcrack in front of me! It was nasty!!!
