anybody do hip hop abs?

I love to dance for exercise, in fact, last year I would go to gym and take a dance class that was quite the workout. I moved and do not have a gym in this town. I saw a commercial for Hip Hop Abs and fell in love with the fun and the possibility of learning new modern hip hop dance. OK, so right now I will look funny doing it but after I loose my weight and have my surgery I will be looking good!!! Anybody use Hip Hop Abs? Lynn

I love Hip Hop Abs, Shaun T has me almost convinced that I can dance! LOL It's so much fun I don't care how funny I look!  It is a nice variation, something extra to do to keep from getting bored, but I am not so sure I would only do this workout, it is about medium intensity. But that hour on the treadmill gets old and this is fun to do on the days you cannot bring yourself to do that.
