Golf anyone?????
I was talking to a professor in Bio Mechanics and he said they did a study with pedometers and golf.
The suggestion is that a person should walk more that 6500 steps per day and 10,000 is suggested.
As a part of this study they sent a bunch of students out to play 18 holes of golf. They walked over 10,000 steps.
Then they sent them out with golf carts and they had 6500 steps.
...So the moral of the story, I think I'm going to take up golf for a fun sort of exercise
What do you think?

I love to golf, although I am not very good, I still enjoy it, even more so after losing weight. Although I have not given up the dependancy of using a cart, only because I am not good so I never know where my ball will end up. If I were walking I am sure the people behind me would get angry because I would be walking all over the course. I am sure I would easily get in 20,000 steps.......hmmmmm something to think about!
