Wednesday's workout

I hope it's okay if I join your thread ... I need the motivation! My fitness coach at the gym has me on a grueling schedule to build my endurance so that I can run a half marathon next June. I just completed a 10K race and have a 5K race coming up. But I need to keep motivated during the week to get my butt to the gym ... it's so easy to talk myself out of going when it's pouring down rain!
Anyway, last night I ran 3 miles and walked 1 mile. I am about to leave for the gym to do a 60 minute Spin cycling class. My legs are still a bit tired from running last night but I'm determined to make it through Spin class anyway!
