I had a fun training run tonight.  We had a speed training workout.  We did Indian Ladders; we ran in groups of four, one behind the other and the one in the back would sprint to the front of the group and we continued doing that for 1.75 miles.  After that we did an easy loop.  My legs felt a bit heavy after the long run on Sunday, but it feels so good to be able to run!
