excercises for your waist line
I really need to find some excercise that will help bring
my waist in, i measured today and it was 40 inches and
i just had my plastics done 3 months ago i weigh 163 and
before plastics was a size 18 now im a 14/16, its an improvment
but 40 inches is still alot, I think i dont see myself the way I am
cause when i look in the mirror or at my profile pics i dont think
my waist looks that big but numbers dont lie, any advice would
be great even food advice, I know fat in the waist area is bad for
you and your heart and I have family history and my own history
of problems thanks -christina

I can't give advice about the waist exercises, but I just wanted to say your TT results are amazing! OMG! Wow!
And your waist ooks very small for 40 inches. Maybe you should try another tape measure!
if your waist is at your belly button mines 40 inches my stomach does
go in alot above my BB its 34inches but i'd have to wear pants that went
way up high to make a difference too uncomforable for me, who knows
mabe im still swollen from my panniculectomy, i guess just wait it out
thank you i am still very happy that i got it done big difference.

I'm pretty sure that you measure at the smallest part of your waist--not your belly button!
Hey Everyone!!!
You guys have lot of options for waist losing exercising like Leg Lifts, Jump Rope Skipping, T-balance with arm raise, Hip Thrusts, Ski Twists or many more. I have tried these exercises along with using bodyshapers. It helps to lose my waist within weeks. I prefer to buy it from https://www.doubletakeshapewear.com/ having latest designs and of all sizes. Mostly Plus sized women have great benefit of it.
