1 Arm DB Press
1 Arm DB Laterals
Tricep Pushdowns with mini bands
8 pm @ work gym
walk treadmill 50 min, up to 2.8 mph, up to level 5
Still very sore from surgery but I feel better moving around than sitting all day. Workouts are super light, high reps, not pushing it at all.
