Sunday's workout

I did a light full body workout, mostly calves and shoulders on Friday but basically the hernia surgery is really kicking my butt. Instead of 1 hole they had to cut 6 because he couldn't find the second hernia. So  I haven't been walking as much as I'd like, the pains meds made me a little too off balanced and sleepy. But I had to start work again today so figured I'd go off the pain meds and start walking again. I feel a lot better today being off the pain meds and moving. 12:45 pm to 1:45 pm @ home Light rotator cuff work seated calf raises Standing 1 legged calf raises grip work walked outside 30 min Work gym 6pm walked 10 min 2.5 mph level 0 8:30 pm walked 15 min 2.5 mph level 1 10:30 pm walked 15 min 2.5 mph level 2 Just easy walking, stomach still aches, not trying to pu**** for a few weeks, just move.
