Wednesday workout
Had double hernia surgery Monday, so just laying around for a few days. No real workouts for awhile. Doc couldn't find my second one so instead of 1 incision I have 6 where he probed to find it. Great.

Just real light, easy. Doc said I can do high reps on machine type stuff when I feel like it. I'm doing good just to get my socks on today though.
