Life is really getting in the way of my training lately. grrrr 1 pm to 2 pm @ home gym abs Suspended floor press medium grip Suspended floor press Close Grip walk 25 min (just to get some sun) 8:15 pm to 9 pm @ work gym Abs Narrow pulldown 15 min break (co-worker wanted to talk to me about work..grrrr...hazards of working out at work) Cybex Narrow row I was going to do Delts and traps tonight but not enough time...tomorrow I guess. Earl The best exercise to lose fat is…the one that you will do.

30 minutes elliptical @4:00pm
30 minutes elliptical @7:30 pm cause my friend did want to go to the gym by herself.

total 60 minutes on the elliptical.
