HELP! Calories??
Here is my training schedule:
5-6 days a week 50 minutes of cardio with 2-3 days interval training
2 days a week 1 hour sessions with Trainer, Cardio and weight training
2 days a week Pilates class
Eating 1500-1700 quality calories a day, not junk.
100+ ozs water a day
Scale is not really moving much and I am so confused that I am may not be eating enough. My BMR is 1730.9.
Any thoughts on this?
