Monday workout

I took Fri, Sat and Sun off training...just because I felt lazy, no other reason. Jus****ch football and relaxed with Beth.  Monday 1:15 pm to 2 pm Suspended Front Squats Tri set of: seated calf raises hanging calf raises grip work 8pm to 8:45 pm @ work gym walk treadmill 30 min, up to level 8, up to 3.3 mph 15 min ab circuit and a few DB wrist curls Earl
