??? Work out ideas
I had hit a plateau a few months ago and started doing the FIRM dvds. I just bought the new transfirmation system with weights a few months ago I LOVE it . There are cardio , cardio and sculpting and just plain sculpting workouts. I actually look forward to working out now. I rarely miss a workout. I 've seen changes in my body and I started losing again. I think the weights made the difference. All the workouts are less than an hour and several have an express option which is only 25 minutes. I have since bought more FIRM dvd's and thats almost all I use. I used to do The walk Away the pounds dvds after my surgery but I didn't find them challenging anymore.
