1 pm to 2 pm @ home 1 legged calf raises seated calf raises walk 40 minutes around park 8 pm @ work gym walk treadmill 30 min EZ walk up to 3.2 mph, up to level 6 Just needed to move a little. Earl Experience is one of the easiest things to get, but one of the hardest things to use.
