When you're sick
Hi Folks,
I've come down with a nasty bug. Sore throat, fever, chills feel totally wiped out. I know this is going to stay with me for a while. So do you guys push yourself to exercise, even when you aren't feeling well. I'm paranoid. I have done very good for 2 months. I keep reading that you should exercise every day if possible and never skip 2 days in a row because it will sabotage your efforts. I already missed 2 days in a row . Should I push myself to at least do something today?
Hubby and I will celebrate our 10th anniversary in November and we want to really look great, better than on our wedding day even!
