Monday:      25m cycle ride in Chester (massive hills), painful hams Tuesday:     10k run (59 minutes, 9:52 pace).   i had to pick up the last 2k to get under 1 hour, but I finished. Wednesday:     Body bar class     Running in resistance (indoor aquatic pool)

Ran 2.35 miles.  I'm adding a day of running this week, so I doing lower mileage for one of the days.
