Thursday's workout

Just a 30 minute walk before work. Big network crash at work. Kind of killed the time I had for a workout tonight.  Gotta love IT. Earl

I went to a yoga class. It was good ... alot of the positions i couldnt do but i felt comfortable with the small class size and i got a really nice streach and actually broke  a sweat. I rode the bike for 10mis after that...i left beause it was getting late.
