Monday's workout:
I felt like Forest Gump last night. I just kept running and running and then ran some more. I got in 8 1/2 miles last night. That's my longest distance outside to date. Set a slow pace, but never stopped or walked,and finished in 88 minutes. Still need to figure out how to hydrate during a run.
